12:36 pm	Yes. So I usually don't write about my life in this thing anymore, but yesterday was so hilarious that I have no choice. It was a very unusual day...while Kim and I were doing our weekly forever walk, we first saw a kid on a bike tip over and slide on the shoulder of a main road...he was pretty scratched up, and he was lucky no cars were coming. 5 minutes later, a minivan was coming up to a curve in the road, but he apparantly didn't see it til the last second...he slammed on his brakes and flew into the oncoming traffic lane followed by the oncoming traffic shoulder. Once again, he was lucky no cars were coming cuz they wouldn't have seen him due to the large curve. But the most exciting part of the day happened later, when Kim's mom's power went out. She lives in a condo, but all the other units around her had power...after checking the circuit box and calling DTE, her neighbor came outside and offered to lend her his power for the time being. Kim and I decided to go inside while they set it up cuz the mosquitos were attacking. So they were wandering around the condo looking for power outlets they could use when a cop pulled up with his large dog. Kim and I saw him through the window, and Kim's mom and her neighbor happened to be in the backyard at the time. We opened the front door as the cop was walking towards the backyard with his gun out and dog walking next to him. When he saw us he was like "Are you the people who made the call?" Having no idea what he was talking about, we stood there in shock as he continued on. Then I was like "Kim your mom is in the back!" So we ran to the back door and went outside and all of a sudden the cop shows up and was like "All of you put your hands up...what's going on here? Someone reported two people trying to break into the vacant condo." To make a long story short, one of the neighbors saw Kim's mom and the neighbor searching around the house for power outlets, but thought they were trying to break into one of the other units. It was honestly one of the funniest, scariest moments of my life. Plus the cop was cute too, so that was a bonus...haha. 5:14 pm	You know what sucks?? When your iPod starts making really creepy noises and then deletes all of your songs in your iTunes library so you take it to the apple store at Somerset to get it fixed and they wipe all the songs off and bring it back and say "It's fixed now it was just a software problem" and you get all excited cuz you got it fixed for free and then a week later you decide to use it while exercising and everything is fine at first but then the creepy noises start coming back and you realize it's not fixed at all and in fact you sat at that apple store for an hour for no reason and they lied to you and now you probably have to send it in and get it fixed which is gonna cost you a whole lot of money you don't have because the warranty is up so instead you're just gonna have to live with your broken iPod for at least all Summer and the beginning of the fall because you just don't have any spare money right now and you won't until you start school where your stable job awaits. I'm doing this not only because it tends to distract me on nights I should be getting sleep, but because I actually wanted to do something challenging this year. 8:14 pm	I won 2 Grammys.... If you think that's a joke, it's not. Well, I didnt just win them, but the choirs at U of M did. We world premiered a piece that was composed by a Professor from my school, and it was nominated for Grammys! We got Best Choral Performance, Best Classical Album, and the piece itself won Best Classical Contemporary Composition. So you should all buy the CD: "Songs of Innocence" by William Bolcom...cuz I'm one of those 300 choral voices. Oh yeah, and Dr. Blackstone is bringing in the trophies and I get to touch them...haha Current Mood: bored Current Music: Get the CD. (1 MoO | MoO For Me!)

12:38 pm	I have a creative mind. I decided today during my environment class that it would be really awesome and energy efficient if everyone naturally produced their own food...like someone could produce starbursts and someone else could produce turkey and gravy and someone else could produce mashed potatoes and etc. And I'm not sure how we would produce the food...maybe it could come out of our finger tips or mouth or something...and it wouldn't be gross cuz it would just be a normal thing! And we wouldn't have to kill so many animals like cows and everyone would be happy.
